OUR MENUS

We are proud to deliver a range of catering options specific to your needs. Providing world-class service and crafting contemporary menus is what we do best. We operate in some of the most culturally significant venues & premium corporate environments both here and across the globe, which means our teams understand what you need when it comes to food delivery, presentation and the execution of your functions & events. Our menus are designed with you in mind, taking into account popular food trends, changing tastes, dietary needs and seasonal ingredient freshness and availability. We strive to provide food and service with passion, no matter how small or large your event might be.

ORDERING

For us to meet your function requirements, all orders must be placed no later than two business days prior to your event. Catering orders received after this period will be subject to availability and in consultation with your event co-ordinator

When making a request for catering, it is important that you check with all attendees regarding any dietary requirements. If you or a guest at your function has a dietary requirement, it is imperative that all relevant information is forwarded to us to ensure we can cater accordingly.

PAYMENT

All catering items are listed as a “per person” charge - unless otherwise stated. We require Credit Card details to secure your booking and this will be used to process payment at midday the day prior to your event. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All menus and prices published here are subject to change.

A valid Purchase Order must be provided prior to the function being confirmed.

In the event of a booked function being cancelled within 24 hours of the event being held, a 20% cancellation will be charged.

OPERATING HOURS

Our normal hours of business are Monday to Friday 7.00 am - 4pm however extended hours can be arranged in consultation with your catering manager. Events held outside these hours will incur additional labour charges.

LABOUR

For certain events over 20 pax, additional labour will be required. This will be discussed with you and added to the quote/order by your manager.

HIRE

Our catering manager can provide details and pricing for additional function needs such as furniture, equipment, themed linen and floral centerpieces. These will be discussed with you and added to your order should you agree.
